Assignment Capsule
In this role, you will:

• Build effective relationships with insurance department regulators, associates within our Contracts/Applications departmental teams, and other Humana associates working as our business partners in design, development, form submission and implementation of compliant products.
  
• Use planning, documentation and reporting tools to maintain performance efficiency and to effectively respond to corporate priorities and partner needs.
  
• Provide regulatory guidance to business partners and serve as a technical advisor/resource/trouble shooter on form issues as needed.
  
• Develop new & maintain existing product contract language incorporating regulatory requirements, product designs and Humana administrative procedures.
  
• Prepare/submit and gain regulatory approval of form filings, including contracts and application forms.

Role Desirables

• 3+ years relevant experience in Forms Filing (Contracts or Applications), Compliance or related area.
  
• Insurance experience.
  
• College Degree preferred. May substitute experience.
  
• Familiarity with Humana operational processes and systems a plus.
