The Front Desk Clerk's responsibilities include the following:
* Check in and check out services to hotel guests
* Ensures that charges are accurately posted to guest rooms, credit card are verified and assigned bank (cash drawer) balances at the end of the shift
* Ensures all cash handling procedures are followed
* Responsible for maintaining guest privacy and ensuring guest security with respect to credit card and guest room number privacy
* Answers front desk telephone, directing calls as needed
* Distributes information to guests in a timely manner
* Works to quickly resolve guest issues, questions, or concerns, escalating as appropriate
* Must posses ability to communicate clearly with guests, present a professional and hospitable image following the Company standards, and provide excellent guest service
* Hours: Part-Time
