The Small Group Sales Executive is accountable for implementing sales and marketing strategies that motivate insurance agents to sell small group (2-99) insurance products through the offerings of Humana. The Sales Executive handles high volume transactional accounts, prioritizes and manages broker relationship.
- Learn and apply selling techniques and business operation skills to achieve profitability and meet sales goals for the commercial medical products segment
- Build and maintain key relationships within the general agent distribution by applying a consultative approach to the distribution model.
- Define measurable success criteria to monitor progress toward departmental sales goals

Role Essentials
- 3-5 years Health Insurance Sales
- Valid Wisconsin health and life insurance licenses
- Ability to travel to Clients or Brokers within Wisconsin
Role Desirables
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a related field
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
- Knowledge of various operational units in the health solutions industry
Reporting Relationships
- You will report to a Sales Manager. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.
